  • Set up new projects for both Architecture and Construction work that has been awarded.
  • Maintain project related records such as contracts, purchase orders and work / change orders.
  • Review and approve supplier and subcontractor invoices related to a project.
  • Issue final paperwork (lien waivers, warranties, etc.) to subcontractors.
  • Ensuring project billings are issued to customers in a timely manner.
  • Close out projects upon completion and Project Manager approval.
