Management Team – The HDG management team has the ability to flex to the needs of each job. From the Project Manger to the Site Superintendent, we have quality people who are there to make sure the project stays on track, on time and on budget. Frequent visits by our Project Manager to every site makes certain that our standards of quality are met and/or exceed those of our clients.

Sub-Contractors – Selection of the right sub-contractor for each job is crucial. Project location, budget, and timeline drive the process. HDG’s experienced team works hard behind the scenes to make sure that you are working with people you can trust.

Communication System – We have an organized system to communicate any issues that arise from the job site. Thru, the Project Manager, the Architect and the client to make certain that valuable time is not lost. The Construction Administrator completes the circle of communication by filtering all paper work going in or out of each site. Each job is different with new challenges and successes but the mission does not vary in construction. To develop and deliver the finished product in the way that it was intended, to stay on target, to build according to the documents, and to maintain a high level of quality standards.
